Camtasia and its benefits

The use of technology is increasing day by day, we all depended on technology, and we use various technologies to accomplish specific tasks in our lives. Therefore, as an educator, a task that we got is to teach the students the way they want to learn. One of the ways to engage students actively in learning is teaching through a video lesson. Although I know that teaching through video lessons is effective, I have no idea how to make a video lesson/ video tutorial until I was taught by my ICT module tutor. After learning from my ICT module tutor, I understand that there is a software called Camtasia that create video tutorials. 

 Camtasia is a screen recording and video editing software where we can create video tutorials and present it directly by via screencast, or via a direct recording plug-in to Microsoft powerpoint. Camtasia is the best screen recording software for video tutorials, YouTube videos, video lessons, presentation recording, and many more. Camtasia allows us to record on-screen activity, edit/modify content and then share on various platforms. It can record anything on the computer screen- websites, software, or PowerPoint presentations. 

 Camtasia is not just a simple screen recorder. it is actually a great deal more than that.  In Camtasia, we can capture video and audio from our desktop. Or record webcam to add a personal touch to our video. we can also record and edit our audio clips to get the perfect audio for our video. We can grab attention in our video with eye-catching titles, annotations, effects and more. we can even add zoom in, zoom out, and pan animations to our screen recording. 

Camtasia provides educators with a perfect solution to easily create videos that motivate students and enhance learning. They can create stunning learning tools for their students which are interactive and make learning fun and easy. Therefore, I advise all the instructors to use Camtasia.
